Measurements:
1. Aliasing velocity= 25 cm/s
2. PISA radius= mean of 0.7 cm (Figure 12, 3-chambers) and 0.9 cm (Figure 13, 4-chambers)
3. Peak mitral regurgitation velocity= 418 cm/s (Figure 14)
4. Velocity-time integral of mitral regurgitation= 123 cm

Results of calculation:
1. EROA= 0.24 cm2
2. Regurgitant volume= 30 ml
3. Regurgitant fraction= 32 %.
