Hematoma of Aortic wall 主动脉壁血肿

At transthoracic examination, a diffuse, large hematoma of the entire aortic wall is seen in the descending thoracic aorta (Fig. 1) and ascending aorta (Fig 2-5). At chest Rx: large aortic shadow. At CT scan (no contrast): large hematoma of the entire aortic wall (ascending, arch, and descending).
经胸彩超检查中, 胸降主动脉(图1)及升主动脉(图2-5)中可见整个主动脉壁弥漫性大型血肿(图1)。胸片: 大型主动脉显影。CT扫描(无造影剂): 整个主动脉壁大型血肿(升主动脉、主动脉弓、降主动脉)。
